Upon your call or message, we schedule a free, no-obligation in-home consultation for you. During the consultation, we hear and discuss your needs, wants, desires and budget. Then, our experienced designer analyzes the space, takes measurements and renders a 3D design to fit all your needs. The designer will walk you through the design while making revisions to come up with the perfect space for you. You will also get to choose from a number of colours, door/drawer profiles, and accessories. A typical design consultation, from start to finish, is for about an hour but can vary depending on your complexity of the design, and the number of projects
By the end of your consultation (or as discussed with the designer), You will receive a quote for your new space. The quote includes a full proposal, 3D rendering of the designs, and pricing. The price includes the complete installation of your space! we will work with you to add, reduce or modify the design to fit your budget and requirements.

Once the quote is finalized and accepted by you, we need a 50% deposit to place the order. We have the shortest lead times in the industry! We typically place our orders on Wednesdays and pick up the ready product from our factory on Friday the week after! In most cases, we should have your space installed within two weeks of placing the order. Upon the order, we will schedule the installation date that works with you and our team of expert installers.

The installation is completed typically within a day for most projects! Our well-trained installers come to your house at the scheduled date and time with the product and install your new dream space with the utmost care. Upon completion of hte installation, they clean up after themselves and wipe down all the cabinetry making it ready for you to start organizing.
We only work with the highest quality materials, and stand firm behind our quality completely. If a product fails for any reason during normal use, we will replace it free of charge!
